That's a good question, and unfortunately I don't know for sure. If I had to guess, though, there are a lot of used appliance stores in almost every city. I would start there.

The whirlpool web site generally has a place to find replacement parts. You will need the model number. I have bought parts off the net for my whirlpool refrigerator before. If you don't find them on whirlpools web site, I am confident if you search with your make and model number , you can find the parts you need from another provider.

You may be able to get a freezer draw from the likes of Comet or Currys or even the local council fridge collection dump.Ask about knackered fridges, the draws should be ok.

you can get them from whirlpool. there should be a code in your freezer may be on the drawers so when you phone than up. all you have to do is say the code and they send it to you asap. in every-ones freezes there are codes so it's quick to order parts

REPAIRCLINIC.COM just enter the info of your freezer, model # and the manufacturer you get actual photos of the parts with a 1inch grid in the back ground so you get a sense of proportion i have bought many parts from them and have never had any problems

try espares.co.uk. They have all sorts. I bought stuff for my cooker on there but they have all brands of all electrical appliances and they sent my stuff out in a couple of days.
