That's "Funeral Blues" by W.H. Auden.
Wonderful, poignant scene. Beautifully acted and recited.
Here's an excerpt from the poem... but I'm sure it'll be much easier for you to find now :)

"Stop all the clocks, cut off the telephone,
Prevent the dog from barking with a juicy bone,
Silence the pianos and with muffled drum
Bring out the coffin, let the mourners come."

w.h. aulden, but the poem was changed slightly, i read the poem at college i think and remember thinking 'that doesnt sound right, i think just one line was changed, check the writers website, i would but i dont have time!.

great poem though....also great movie
