I was making an attempt to do this too online. Which you could Google "cell cell search" and there are quite a lot of web sites the place which you can seem it up. Nonetheless, you are not able to to find the name of the proprietor without spending a dime, as i've observed. That you would be able to handiest to find where they're placed established on the cellphone's subject code. For a cost, ($15 or so is the most cost effective i have noticeable), THEN that you could get a full document with who owns the cellphone. Just right good fortune.

- 411.com - sometimes that helps.
- Google is sometimes rather suprising too.
- Or better yet, take it by the horns and phone the number. The other person will pick up and just act terribly charming and terribly apologetic. Most people are fine with wrong numbers. Be brave and do it. You'll only know unless you try it.

if you know who the carrier is, most carriers have a website with a reverse lookup... you key in the phone number and it will tell you who owns it now.
if that doesn't work, sorry, i don't kno what else to do other than call the number and ask.
good luck!!

If you go here: http://www.infospace.com/home/white-pages/reverse-phone you can enter the phone number and get information on that person provided they're not listed as private. It's what usually works for me.

Do you mean you don't want them to know who you are, but you want to know who they are??
Well... unless your "in" with the FBI, the only way to find out is to ask.
so do this:
1) put 141 infront of the number you want to call (so they do not know who is calling them.. it makes you anonymous)
2) call the damn number!
3) ask them "who is speaking please"
4) for added concealment add an amusing accent
PS: if they are one of those annoying people who do not like to give thier name out over the telephone... call back another day and pretend to be someone giving out a CASH PRIZE$$$ and you need their name.
get inventive.
and please be more clear in future when you ask questions

Go to www.anywho.com, and click on Reverse Lookup. Assuming it is not a cell phone, it will tell you who the number is registered to.
