Ok, I’m 18 with a 15 year old girlfriend. Her parents approve sort of. They invited me to thanksgiving so that’s got to be a good sign. I not going out with her to try anything with her. So my question is, if you had a 15 year old who was going out with a 18 year old. And you knew he wasn’t going to try some thing. Would you approve?

as a young person i would say its ok.....but if i had a 15 y/o daughter i dont know if i would....i want to say yes but i dont think i can.

first off...how am i or any other parent to know a guy who is 18years old wont try something? is it because you said you wont ? not being a smarty but see it from our perspective. And no i thinnk a 15 yr old seeing an adult is wrong and a 15 yr old should not be allowed to date anyway. i think that being said if the young man at that point was fine with coming over to my house and hanging out with my daughter when i was there it might be ok. i mean really...if the guy did not want to try anything he would not care if i were there anyway. and as time progressed i would see for myself if he were trustworthy. remember trust is earned .

i dated an 18 year old when i was 15, my parents were ok with it, they weren't thrilled though. i ended up dating him for 6 years, almost married the guy. i don't see a problem here, as long as her parents are cool with it.

i dont approve of dating until 16 1/2. but i dont see a big prob with the age diff unless you were a chester.

i will approve... (i am not parents) just do not do something stupid remember that.. she is still underage...
You only 4 years a part.. I am 7 years a part from my husbasd.. so it going to be alright... just have make her parents to like you more

I don't see a problem as long as you have her parents ok.
I dated my husband when I was 17 and he was 23. So age really doesn't bother me. When we do have children I will let them date older people as long as I get to know them first.

No, she is under age, how about you wait till she is 17 or 18, cos at that age is okey 4 me.
Remember her parents approvrf that, so don't break that trust. but you are free to kiss and romnce her okey.

No i wouldn't approve your both to young and have your whole future a head of you, why mess it up now.Enjoy life now without making it more complicated.

it think it depends on the two people involved cos im gonna be 18 liking a girl whose gonna be 16. so wat if you really like her and her parents approve why exactly are you asking bout the damn thing. have a good time with the girl.

No. At that age the difference is too vast. I would wonder what is wrong with him that he cannot or does not want to be with girls his own age and worry that it is because he has control issues.
