Check out dell after sales service before you buy... that is if you can get through to them.... also do a search on here for comments on dell ... stay away from the big computer box shifters,
look at the Apple,Toshiba,Sonny, IBM, you many have to pay a little extra but at the end of the day the after sales service is better...
