It is either an infected file or an infector file (concerning spyware, adware, malware etc.). There are a plethora of ways to fix it. If you are unfammiliar with how to, I would suggest going here and following the steps as your computer sounds like it is munching down some serious infections. http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407 Good luck and keep us posted.
