Why do you say so? Is it easier to follow? Does it draw you in more than others? Is that guy/girl just drawn too damn well? What is it?!?! TELL ME, DAMNIT, BEFORE I EXPLODE~!!!! Okay, now that I've gotten that out of my system, I choose Full Metal Alchemist because the storyline is smooth and straightforward and attention-capturing without too many sub-plots or deviations for the sake of a laugh or added drama... that and Scar, Greed, Kimbly, and Winry and Rose are just too damn hot for their own good.

Homunculi count as demons.

The best? For me, that's a really hard choice to make. Every demon based anime I've ever seen is great in its own right.

Some of my favorite demons come from Yu Yu Hakusho. I personally think the story is great. The characters are great too, not to mention totally drool worthy! ^_^ I really like that many of the villains actually aren't so bad. I really felt for a lot of them. And the power struggle dynamics were great, and very interesting.

One of my other favorites is Chrono Crusade. Chrono is absolutely one of my favorite characters of all time. As for the story, I love the religious aspect of it. I found that, at times, I really understood where the villain (Aion) was coming from. I don't think even Aion was truly evil in the truest sense of the word. Although, he IS so good at being bad. lol

And of course I'd nominate Fullmetal Alchemist. I was hooked from the very first episode. Just the idea of "the Gate" fascinates me. One character that really struck a chord with me was Lust. I really never expected her to turn into someone that resembled a "good person." And I was sad when Sloth died. I think she may have inherited part of Ed and Al's mother somehow. There were times when I even felt bad for Gluttony, but then most of the time I was just sickened by him. Over all, Fullmetal was a great show. The animation was fantastic, the characters were very real (imo), and the general concept was really interesting. (There were times when I really felt the need to slap Ed around a bit though! :)

I choose Trinity Blood, although I am a Huge FMA fan, but I've always been a fan of vampire stories. Father Nightroad is the vampire priest set in a world were the territories are divided into a few factions and the Holy See is one of them. Abel Nightroad reminds me of Vash the Stampede (Trigun, also a great series) and Alucard, from Hellsing. Father Abel only feeds on other vampires and his battleform is just spiffy. The story is also one the most engaging that I've seen of recently released anime. Also, the guy he voices Alphonse from FMA voices one of the vampires.

I think Full Metal Alchemist has the best storyline too. It's kinda has that real human feel to it. Real human characteristics. Edward can give out advice but can't practice what he preaches. The show sucks you in and u hate it when it goes off!

The best one is Chrono Crusade, an anime that has a demon feeding off of a soul of A young girl to use his powers as a demon, since he doesn't have his horns anymore, later on you learn that the girl's brother has his horns. They are also bringing back A powerful demon with 12 kids.

Saiyuki is my favorite because it is a fun take on a Chinese ledgend. The characters are sexy and three of my favorite voice actors play main characters. It has several sub-plots and lots of hidden meanings, but it always mixes hilarity with great fighting and some kick *** serious scenes.
