Severe repression or depression? I have clinical depression and let me tell ya, it is not all in the head- it's a chemical imbalance related to serotonin.I am regulated with prozac, without it I would be dead- I never give up on life, please know that whatever feelings you have, you don't have to justify to others who don't understand your position if they never experienced it. I don't mean to sound cruel, I have learned so much in a short period of time in addition to my past that I believe am successful- I'm still alive and surviving. I say fight for yourself because you're worth it... I am always truthful, sincere and compassionately empathic- if you ever need to talk or just say, Hey- how you doing, I have a 360- stop in any time and my arms and heart are open. Blessings to you.

At basic training (I guess you could call that repression), I almost gave in, but then I realize that I could be myself inside despite all of the outside influence and I resisted the inner change. I smiled on the inside when I thought my superiors were acting ridiculous and it worked out fine. I'm still me.

I gave up because I used to live in a country under the military government, and I could not pursue my goals and ambitions !!!
