When I am depressed my only way out is to start to pursue something that is meaningful and important to my life. Other wise I would succumb to the pain, hurt, and anger.

I am still in the process and I have my ups and downs but I will never give up.

IVE LIVED IN ABOUT 5 DIFFERENT STATES IN MY LIFE, COAST TO COAST, NOW THE MIDWEST. IVE BEEN TRUE TO MYSELF MY WHOLE LIFE, AND ADAPTED THAT TO THE DIFFERENT CUSTOMS AN INDIVIDUAL AREA MIGHT HAVE. IF YOU GO THROUGH A RADICAL SOCIAL CHANGE, WHETHER IT BE MOVING, OR A NEW DICTATORSHIP OR FOREIGN POLICY, YOU MUST MAINTAIN SELF KNOWLEGE. IF YOU KEEP ON CHANGING YOUR IDENTITY, YOU BECOME A LOST SOUL, NOT KNOWING WHO YOU ARE. THIS MAKES YOU MORE SUSSEPTABLE TO PEER PRESSURE, AND BECOMING A BLIND FOLLOWER OF A GROUP. A LOT OF THESE LOST SOULS DO DRUGS AND/OR ALCOHOL TO DEAFEN THAT FACT.
