Christmas.
They do a parade called a "posada" where they march in the streets in imitation of Mary and Joesph seeking shelter and getting ceremonially "turned away" by the locals.
I don't kow if they do Christmas trees in Mexico like we do. Its a German tradition that Americans adopted.
Also, traditional Christmas meals often involve home made Tamales, which the women of the household spend much of Christmas Eve preparing.
Different Christmas songs. No emphasis on a "white" Christmas, since it basicaly never snows there anyway.

Christmas, for example. In the US, Santa brings children the presents, while in Mexico "The three wise men" do. There are also advent parties called "posadas" where the participants re create the holy family pilgrimage to Bethlehem.
