I have had some cramping and sharp pains. No blood or any other signs. I need help.

Wow - 11 days late! Sounds promising! When I was pregnant with both my kids I had a cramping feeling like I was fixing to start my period but I never did............ I'd get a test if I were you!

11 days since your period?? yes this is possible.. although not so likely being that the ovaries typically will not release an egg right away.. nor how ever the male semen can live for nearly 72 hours.. so if you had sex a week after your period.. and your egg dropped (no not the Chinese soup) shortly there after.. yes.. you very well could be...
you should go get tested ASAP!

Taking a test will be the only way to find out.

Go to the store and but one the these test material and use it to find out whether you are or not.
