Dragon plays oboe. That's what she played in high school band, and what she still plays. :)

Do band! It's such a blast! I'm a freshman and on the color guard (which totally makes the band, no offense). But band is so great! You get to go all over for competitions and win trophies! You meet so many new friends during the summer and during band camp! You also never miss a football game and pep rallys! And you get out of class a lot! But be prepared to loose all of your Saturdays until December. But it's all worth it. It's nothing like middle school band. It's way more serious and professional.

I played percussion for one year. I hated it. I wanted to learn to read music, so I took band. My teacher hated me because I was "too into rock and roll". He was an asshole and it turned out he was sleeping with one of my friends. Bastard. Anyways, I quit, and picked up guitar and bass. Now I'm a professional musician playing with several rock bands.

I played the flute and I'm too busy to play it anymore. I haven't played that thing in years, but it's like riding a bicycle.
