take a PE class, conversational language class, seminar, recital attendance, group piano, recreation class (ballroom dancing, mountaineering, skiing, karate, etc), or field trip

Kineseology classes are usually one hour and you can take it pass/fail. I took archery. :)

Some unis also have a "Succeeding in College" class. They are usually full of scholastic probation kids, but I think anyone can take them. They also count for just one hour.

Well, try something you're passionate about.. it's easy to score like this.

Do you know a foreign language well? Take that class - chances are, it'll be easy.

You should sign up for any exercise class they offer at your campus. They are easy, great for you, and mostly all are one credit.
