I can't believe no one else (as yet) has voted for the NSX.
It showed Ferrari what a supercar should be.
None of the rest are (or were) so far ahead of the competition.

I wouldn't vote for the NSX Type-R - it may have been better than the original NSX, but because it came so many years later the competition had moved on.

I can't believe all of these ricey civic owners. Sure they're dependable and easy to maintain, but so are all Hondas. Put gas, oil, and a valve lash adjustment every couple 100k and it'll keep on running. But the best Honda ever made is greater than any civic/teg/accord. I dont even know why the accord was even mentioned.

The original NSX. It is Honda's greatest accomplishment. It is also the only hand built Japanese car ever. Why would Honda decide to hand build every one of its NSX', and not they're civic. They obviously value it more than any other Honda out there.

The NSX is number one. The S2000 is number two. Also when it was around the Prelude owned all Hondas. In 1988-91, the Prelude was nicknamed the baby NSX. If that doesnt tell you something, then there's something wrong with you and you shouldnt be giving other people advice about cars.

For the guy that mentioned the prelude. The last generation (5th gen) was from 97-01. And the Type-S had 220 hp. Don't say it only had 200hp, no other FWD Honda has that much HP stock.

I would say either the NSX or the Integra Type-R. Personally I have an accord.

I've always liked the old Preludes, esepcially the last Prelude a 1998-2000 Type SH, it was only 200 HP but it was a cool looking & sounding car with no modifications.

My cousin always had Preludes and they were great cars, though not as fast as a 300ZX or as showy as a Toyota Supra, it handled well and since it was a Honda it was super reliable.

As an S2000 driver, I'm biased, but some like the NEW civic type R.

It sounds like you're looking for not the best Honda, but the fastest?! If you are... you should look into a 1998 Civic CNG and convert it to gasoline usage. That particular motor was built from the factory at 13:1 compression ratio. Also use an si tranny
