i don't know about other countries but in romania the legal age is 18+...but you can buy cigs even if you are under-aged.i'm 14 but i can buy cigs.

you can smoke at any age...you just cant purchase tobacco until you are 18...tht is in the US...i think it is 16 in the UK...other then tht i have no idea

Generally speaking, in Latinamerican countries there is no such thing as a minimum legal smoking (nor drinking) age. However, in some countries, it is illegal to sell cigarettes to minors though is hard for the authorities to trace this law.
In the region, Colombia has the most advanced legal system to prevent, avoid and forbid the cigarette consume in public areas, while countries like Mexico or Argentina are kind of hell for non-smokers.

i presumed the criminal smoking age right here in uk develop into 16? I propose, someone could have sex at 16 and get married or no longer because the case may be, so why no longer have a smoke? This uk is stranger than fiction in certain circumstances. Blimey, even with next? i recognize, a coalition authorities no individual voted for.

18 years old in the USA. There are some parts of Europe where I don't think there is a smoking age.

Why in hell you want to do that dumb sh*t for?If you just gotta smoke something,get yourself some reefer,at least you will stay healthy!Ain't that something,CIGS kill but they are legal,POT has never killed anyone,but,you can't get or hold a decent job, or keep what little freedoms we have left if caught smoking it!!!Man,it's like we are goose stepping to crazy town!!but,that's just me talking again...............

18. Georgia is one of those states. However, please note that federal law states that you must be 19. When a state LOWERS the age, they lose billions in federal funding as a "penalty". While I think that's a load of crap....just like having the drinking age at 21, that's how it is.
