You have to be 18 to legally enter a contract. Even a pay-as-you-go phone is a contract between you and the service provider. You may purchase the phone, but won't be able to activate it.

Sorry, you will still need your parents to get the phone.

Yes...you can go into Target or Walmart and just buy the phone and a prepaid card right there. You dont have to be 18. I would suggest you look into Virgin Mobile phones and rates. They give you more for your money than T-Mobile prepaid. Good luck!!!

You could get the phone cuz your not on a contract, all u have to do is buy the phone and buy a minute card and activate it yourself... The best place to go is either best buy or wal mart, they sell t mobile go phones and there way cheaper than going to the store....

You don't have to sign a contract to buy a pay as you go phone so you can have one at any age as long as you can afford to buy the phone (and sim card, but that should be included).

The pay as you go doesn't require any paperwork, that I know of. So you should be able to just go in and buy any phone you want.

Since pay as you go does not require a contract you would be able to just go and buy one and put your own min. on it.
However, may suggest that a plan/contract would be cheaper.
