Not really much of anything. they usually wait until you are further along!

Just a yolk sac is pretty much all. There isn't much else to see at that gestational age. By about 6-7 weeks, the fetal pole and fetal heart tones should be there, but still not much else visible. Good Luck!

I had early ultrasounds with both pregnancies (one at about 6 weeks with last one and then 4 & 6 weeks with this one)

it's too early to see anything at 4th week when you just miss your period.

Maybe at week 6, if you're lucky, you will see a sac, with a small dot. It's your little creation. the dot is the heart. if your gynea has a dopper, you might be able to hear the heartbeat. sounds like baby horses running...

By week 8, you should see the sac with the heartbeat.

By the way, you should avoid the followings:
Raw food
Sex
caffine (coke/coffee etc)

Try to take folic acid if you've not been to the doctor yet.
Can get it at a pharmacy. Does not need prescription, (that's if you're in Singapore, not sure of other countries)

Hope this helps.

In your 4th week, you wont see anything. I had an u/s at 4weeks and the tech told me I wasnt pregnant.
I had another at 5weeks and all we saw was the fetal pole and sac....at 6 weeks we saw a tiny bean and a heartbeat.

a group of cells. not much at all. here go to this website and type in the date of your last period and they will tell you what you will see and show you a pic of what is going on inside. www.babycenter.com

Probably just an empty round space. If your very lucky you may see the heartbeat.
