Not a whole lot...and I'll tell you why.

1. Impeachment isn't an option, as there were no crimes committed. (Contrary to popular belief, a war being unpopular isn't a crime, as it was approved by congress, and not just Republicans. It was voted for by John Kerry before he voted against it, Hillary Clinton, and others).

2. Any bill they try to pass can be vetoed if it doesn't stand up to the President's beliefs, and his veto can't be over ridden, because the Democrats lack the 2/3rds majority needed to do it.

Edit: I know, I know...I stepped into a Democrat's question...2 thumbs down just goes to show that they can't handle the truth of laws and regulations.

first doing what they were elected to do getting out of Iraq. then second raising the minimum wage because what ever argument you have for someone making 400 times more than their employees then you can just as easily make the argument even more so for those who make minimum wage because those who earn minimum wage spend it on what they need but what exactly does some one need that cost 400 times more?! third making a non profit health insurance company because you should not make a profit off of peoples pain and suffering any more than a lawyer should and if you can afford to advertise like a lawyer then you are making too much money, Fourth stop taxing energy efficient cars and devices so we don't have to depend on terrorist oil and finally fifth finely practice what bush preached and leave no child behind and may be treating all first Born children as equals and giving them an equal education no matter how rich or poor cause that's democracy and you don't want to pay for the education of a bunch of welfare babies but everyone deserves to make one mistake even a teenage welfare mom but any kid after that and you are just a welfare sponge no better than a corporate wealth fare sponge!

First things first, I believe it would be most important to reject any legislation that Bush or any of the Republican congressmen try to push through as a big "F U" for the last 6 years.

But other than that, getting out of Iraq and fixing some of the problems here instead of abroad.
