Hi! You need to go under Myspace "Help" section, which is at the top right of the opening myspace page. At the bottom you will see the question, "Someone is pretending to be me - what do I do?", click on it and you will see what you need to do. I attached what it said at the bottom. Good Luck!
Someone is pretending to be me - what do I do?
In order to verify your identity, please send us a "salute". This means we will need an image of yourself holding a handwritten sign with the word "MySpace.com" and your Friend ID (your Friend ID number appears immediately after "friendID=" in the web address/URL when viewing your profile). We can then remove the profile that uses your identity without your permission.
Please be sure to include the web address/URL to the profile in question when you send your salute.
If you do not have a profile on MySpace please write in the email address that you are emailing us from instead of your Friend ID.
If the profile is an extremely obvious attempt to be cruel/false, you may not need to send a salute. Sending a salute will help expediate things, though! If you are a teacher/faculty member at a school, please click on this link.
You can contact us here.

First, contact myspace. I am sure this is nothing new to them. Secondly, that person is not such a good friend and it's not a funny joke. If they understand that you could get in trouble with your parents then they need to give you your password. Obviously they don't care and you shouldn't care about seeming like a b*&^$ because you are going to be in worse shape if word gets back to your mom. You can't blame this one on your friend because you really aren't trying to get the password but are worried about what they think of you while they aren't thinking of you or the fact that you could get in trouble. Honestly, if this were my child in this predicament I would partially blame them only because they were more upset about what their friend thought of them over what I (their parent) said to them. In that case they should have come to me and explained what happened and that way WE could deal with it and get it solved. Myspace is to dangerous now to be playing on it.

Tell him to delete it? Technically, you don't have a myspace, he has one under your name, so your mom can't be mad at you. You could also e-mail the myspace support and say that someone has made a myspace under your name without your permission and they might delete it. Or you could tell your mom about it and she will either deal with it or help you deal with it. If nothing else, when she gets mad at you the dude might feel bad and delete it? Good luck.

Obviously this friend isn't a very good friend if he put your personal information on a website without your permission, and once you asked him to take it off, he refused.
I would go directly to your parents if I were you. Tell them what has happened and let them handle the situation. Chances are, you're friend will end up being angry with you for telling. But you have every right in the world to not want your picture and personal information posted all over the internet.

Okay do you know which email address he made the account with? If it's yours, you can try to sign up at MySpace with a random password and then when it tells you you've filled in the wrong password, you click on "Forgot Your Password?" If he signed up with YOUR email address you might get a new password in YOUR inbox. Try it.
