There are always odd jobs on Craig's List ... where he could be a mover.. or handy man.. or some sort of laborer.. which would bring in extra money and pay cash. I would also suggest.. that you make some sort of sacrifices.. send him through school.. so that he could make a better salary to cover 5 children...

Find a good form of birth control and get a second job. I'd also suggest that he get more education or technical training so he can get a job with better pay.
