You want car dollies. They make several kinds. The cheaper ones you jack the wheel up and it sets in a dolly with wheels. You put them under all 4 wheels and you can then move the car around. I have the expensive ones that you just slide the big rollers on each side of the wheel and then step down on the jack bar and as the rollers close they lift the wheels off the floor. For more height, I can either put the car on the ramps, or jack it up and put regular jack stands under it.

Axel stands with wheels could be very dangerous, so I don't think you'll find them on the shelf anywhere. Most use a floor jack to move the car from the front and then from the back to get it where they want it and then put it up on stands.

Axle stands aren't stable enough to cope with movement - they are likely to topple over.
What you would need to do is fabricate a cradle to fit the car - effectively 4 axle stands with beams welded to join them together so they cannot topple, then mount the cradle on wheels (either as part of the cradle, or by setting the whole thing on dollies.
Bear in mind that you'll need to ensure the car cannot move when you're working on it (or indeed when you're back is turned), so you'll need some form of brakes on the cradle.

from the sound of it youre looking for a trailer! seriously, axle stands HOLD the vehicle offf the floor... to have them moveable is downright dodgy...
i suggest leave teh wheels on, and roll it in and out. both you and the car will live to see another summer...

I've never seen them and think that they could be dangerous.
A trolley Jack has wheels and a car can be moved using one of these.
