in case you spot, the area says that the waiver in effortless words applies once you're 3 miles out human beings State territorial waters and it doesnt sound like you should have your mothers and fathers next to you on the bars, yet they should be on that holiday in spite of the undeniable fact that. they're many times on the pool part or doing some thing else on the deliver, if you're on the bar, yet you should have the consent element with you. This waiver isn't any need on any Hawaii or Alaska journeys cuz there isn't any exception to those. 21 is 21...it says so interior the same paragraph.

I know I didn't. I didn't drink underage. My first drink of alcohol actually happened to be just after my 18th birthday (drinking age where I'm from is 18). After that, I drank maybe about one beer every 2 or 3 months. And now, I just don't drink. I don't see the appeal of it.

Yeah I started around 14 or 15 and now that I'm 23 and legal, I don't drink at all.

yes, but not until I was over 18....21 as a drinking age is a little ridiculous. At least I'm legal now.

Yeah! I think a lot of people do. It's not exactly 'naughty'. The legal age is 18 in the UK and most kids are getting drunk from 11 onwards now.
