IFor example, if your name is Sarah Jane Fields, would it be sFj ? Or do they go in order sJf. Neither makes sense to me.

I think the last name initial goes in the middle.

The Large Initial would be for your last name.

Usually it's the last initial that is the big one. In your example it would be sFj.
