1GB=1024MB
7500GB=1024*7500 MB =7680000 MB

You didnot specify the speed of writing. How can I tell how much time it takes?

If its 50 Mbps it takes 153600 sec= 2560 mins = 42 hrs 40 mins

One byte equals 8 bits. There are 1024 bytes in a kilobyte. There are 1024 kilobytes in a mega byte. There are 1024 megabytes in a gigabyte, etc. So take 7500 x 1024 =7, 680,000 megabytes.
