CV joints are a good place to start. They sometime cause a "clicking" sound when you turn. A bad motor/trans mount can also cause this. Internal transaxele problems can be another place to have checked. Could be brake rotors. Put the car in park, engine off, and push (rock) the car back & forward. The transmission will be locked in park, and Sometimes you can isolate the problem without having to drive the car or raise it in the air.

Engine or transmission mount, very common. If you drive with them bad for long enough yo will damage the axle shafts. The front center mount takes the most abuse and we have seen them brake or loosen.

you've got a engine mount or transmission mount gone bad. Have someone put it in drive and reverse while you watch the engine. See if you notice the engine lifting either way. If it does, suspect mount.
