I would say all of them.
This saying comes from the old horse and cart days.
If the horse could see the light at the end of the tunnel it would bolt so they had to put blinkers on them.
Just a useless bit of trivia i picked up somewhere

All tunnels that don't have dead ends...
But some tunnels that have lights end dead.
For example if you go into a tunnel and see a light that happens to be a train...dead end, but there's still a light at that end!!!
