I am sure there is in the Silicon Valley, it depends on you narrowing down your question to a specialty. I worked on equipment that built nanotech devices used in electronics's related to data storage, interesting stuff, I am sure you will come up with someone to spend some time with you.
My specialty was microphotolithography, so I am not a nanotechnologist, otherwise I would help you out!
