No. Bizzarely it's full of French people....

It is very lovely and full of very rich people. Think miniature poodles wearing Versace hats. The main square has a lovely bar called Cafe de Paris where I gather it's £8 a glass of orange juice. There are less expensive places to drink however but this is the best people spotting place. The palace of the Principality is lovely and visiting Grace Kelly's grave inside the church is also worth a visit. The harbour full of expensive yachts will get you dreaming about being rich.

Hi we visited Monaco this August, and it was not full of brits, there were some, but also French, Italian, American and German, everyone very polite, brilliant place to visit, you will love it. Be careful in the casino's some of the dealers only speak French, try the American casino, it is very good, and they speak english. Hotels are lovely, vary in price from average to expensive. Whole place is exceptionally clean, you can walk everywhere, Palace square is worth a visit if only to have a drink in one of the bars, and see the view over the bay. Hope this helps.

No its not 'Full' of brits as its too expensive generally. Its actually quite nice. Hotels tend to be small, although there are some very nice ones (expensive surprisingly) Try David Coulthards, or there are some good apartment blocks. Best to go in summer though!!
There are a few English type bars down by the waterfront, but generally its pretty exclusive still. (I have been 7 times for various reasons)
