oral literature is literature or stories passed through the years(from one generation to another) by word of mouth.

folklore is narrative(oral literature is usually narrative) and it contains traditions, beliefs, tales, legends, proverbs, riddles of one culture. they mostly contain values and are told for amusement. it can be passed on through word of mouth or it is written down.
