Just like the Jews in Germany in the early 1930's - they thought the anti-Semitic rantings of a socialist politician were just idle and harmless, too.

Any sane adult will tell you - Respect the Threat!

That is the lesson from history that everyone should know and understand. There are no "idle" threats.

Not sure about Ahmadinejad's threats, but it IS a common consensus among liberals that the Muslim factions don't like Americans because we're an aggressor nation and most Muslims in the Middle East live in abject poverty, so their answer is to overcome this dislike through tolerance and economic opportunities for these people. Just goes to show how short-sighted they are and how quickly they forget history -- all four men who flew the planes on 9/11 were upper-class Muslims who were all college-educated and well-traveled. Gee, can't blame poverty on that one, and you can't blame the U.S. being an aggressor nation either because those attacks happened long before the current administration declared war on terrorism. It's so stupid because the liberals think all we have to do is play nice and we'll all get along. No, playing nice will just get more innocent Americans killed. How can you reason with people who are worldly and intelligent but still believe the most glorious thing they could ever do is martyr themselves for the cause of Islam? Wake up America -- the Muslims of the world pose a greater threat to our freedom and our society than the former Soviet Union did. Read the Koran for yourself and find out what the duty of every Muslim is when a Jihad (Holy War) is declared.

Democrat or Republican all Americans would like to see a peaceful end to this war.
I believe that you are the traitor who keeps posting dangerous and divisive questions designed to divide this country.
What about the loyal Americans who are fighting in Iraq, we just burried our friend who was a liberal and Democrat who fought in Iraq.
For the freedom to have two party system to vote for what we wanted. If you are a loyal American Ifeel you should violate every question he puts up or else you have been disloyal not only to this country but to the men who have died over there as Democrats loyal to the American way.

It's really hard to say how seriously that guy should be taken. He definitely has a much more advanced weapons program than the Iraqis ever did.

Obsessing over Iran this morning?

Ahmadinejad's threats are babble, and he's lost the support of his people, you know, just like bush.

Once again I remind you, that the neocons target the uneducated, unhappy and misguided people and tell them the Democrats and liberals are why they are why they are so unhappy and misguided and because they are so misguided and unhappy and uneducated they believe it, so sad but true,

You have to give credit to the power of the press and the uneducated
