Fortunately, there isn't much that looks bad on tan skin.

If you wear pastels, bright colors or white your tan will look even darker. And black, while very slimming also makes your tan stand out.

The same goes with makeup, you can wear just about whatever you want.

I think neutrals look well put together, like bronze, gold and copper tones. You can make them more dramatic with a dark lipcolor, and black eyeliner and mascara around the eyes. You can add a dark bronze blush or a coral-type blush. I would stay away from too dark eyeshadows. Neutral or warm (browns or tans) colors don't look horrible if they start to fade away, so it would be less noticeable than other shades!

i dont know if your talking about make-up or clothes but for either one, creme colors and bright colors like red, green, orange, and gold are good colors for tan people. im not sure about gold being a good color choice of make-up but its a good color for clothes on tan people.

make up colors-pink, orange, anything relatively close to skin color
clothes-white, red, pink, beige, anything of soft colors

light colors because they make you lookl even darker. also, black because since you are tan you can pull it off.. and not look like a ghost.
