I've seen the commercial, and he's just excited. You would be that way if your mom or dad had given you a gift you really wanted! But smack a kid? Not me.

I think we would end up with sore hands if we were allowed to punish horrible kids in the manner you suggest. But then I suppose we could wear gloves.
