Democrat beliefs (repeated often on this site):

1. Election 2000 - Jeb Bush rigged the Florida vote with Katherine Harris and then the Supreme Court selected him to stop the recount which would have given Gore the win.

2. Election 2004 - Touch screen voting machines rigged Bush win in Ohio.

3. Iraq war is for: (pick at least one)
a) oil
b) to avenge his dad
c) some Christian End-of-days warmongering thing

4. Bush lied about WMD

5. Bush is stealing our liberties, rights and freedoms

6. Bush is in bed with big oil

7. GOP are responsible for S. Dakota's Senator's stroke.

8. Let's not forget: 9/11 - What did Bush know and when?

etc..

This is why we're not "eager", per se, but think it is quite appropriate to call a spade a spade and observe the FACT that the Democrats have postulated quite a number of absurd conspiracies that indicate some level of paranoia.

it quite is truthfully actual which you in basic terms see nutty conspiracy theories on the two area. however the quite loopy stuff is hugely greater superb on the Republican ingredient. a super a ingredient of it relatively is their media. Republicans are greater and greater cocooned the place they elect to no longer disclose themselves to any info components somewhat of Fox and communicate radio. something they do see interior the MSM that doesn't healthful what Limbaugh and Beck say is at present brushed aside as liberal bias. They pass to churches that advance their politics, a number of them tremendously lots Republican marketing campaign centers with a pass exterior. the different element is that crackpot conspiracies have consistently been the stuff of the fringe on the two area. And the putting element interior the suitable few years is that the loopy fringe is basically taking over the Republican celebration, lock, inventory, and barrel. I observed an awfully humorous little bit of tape a on a similar time as interior the previous the place a reporter tried to ask a team of Republican congressmen of they notion Obama replaced into as quickly as born interior the U.S.. probable those style of persons word of the reality, yet many have been frantic to no longer be pinned down making an exact admission of what they knew, for worry of angering their base. And that was back in spring. i visit guess the gyrations you will get for people who asked that of Republicans at modern may be real excruciating,

You see the same thing from *some* Democrats, characterizing Republicans as unbalanced greedy Bible thumpers. I believe that the rifts are mostly perpetrated by some extremists on either side, which simply leads to people not communicating on problems, just slinging insults.

Apparently, some idiots can really influence people. Look at the responses on this! I'm v. liberal, and I never once accused Bush of having done anything with 9/11 or having stacked the election (although the 2000 election was handled badly in several places, including Florida.)

After the election in 2000, so many complained that it was "stolen" and that there was a conspiracy to get him into office.

And then you get the guys who say "President Bush was behind 9/11!!!!!!".

If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck...

Another thing Democrats do is appeal to the uneducated making them feel like they're on their side, since they are "victims", and try to make them believe that people who work hard for money are evil and heartless.

Why do democrats seem so eager to throw out conspiracy theories?

It's not a matter of characterizing, it's a matter of looking at what is in front of our faces and calling it what it is.

A spade is a spade.

There are some in each party, the extremist, who are so guilty of ridiculous accusations, insult etc.

It would be nice to see these extremist get into a boxing ring. Let them use their hate to punch each other out rather then to insult the rest of AMERICA for being AMERICAN.

HMMMMM... Well, I'm no expert, but how many times a day on this forum alone do we hear about 9/11 being Bush's own doing? Those who have nothing on him have to make things up in order to justify your means.

Thirty years of squabbling over moral issues had driven a wedge between these two parties. Compromise has long become a forgotten art in American politics.
If this squabbling continues, we will be conquered.
