The messages are voicemail - I have already dialled 123 and listened to them, saving them by pressing '2'. When I go back into my voicemail menu, it says I have no messages and doesn't give me an option to open saved voicemail.

if you have voicemails new or saved as soon as you dial 123 its the first thing that it will tell you. ie. you have 1 new message and 3 saved messages. if you dont hear that then you have no messages saved.

be carefull when you save them next time

just to double check, call from another number, leave a voicemail and then, after you llisten to it, try to save it. if this doesnt work, then you have an issue with your voicemail service. next action customer servise 333, ask them to deactivate the voicemail and then to activate again after about a day. this you sort it out.

depends on what type of msg do u mean sms or voicemail msgs?

voice mail is 123 and option 2 ti save

sms depends if its a msg you've received if so then its move to folder also depends on what handset you are using.

If its a msg you want to save before you send it than save it to drafts.
