I read that alot of people said to wear good bras or that sagging is not due to breastfeeding but heck! I knew 2 other people who breastfed and had the same problem as me.
What can i do to "plump" them up?? I breastfed for up to a year. Then they just shrivelled and died! haha.. Okay but seriously, i am concerned.
HELP! What can i do besides going under the bloody knife?

Gosh, seems like there is nothing to be done here huh? :(
I wear padded bras and since they are hard, there seems to be a small gap between the bra and me whe i slouch. Its awful.

Hey Girl!!! Well some good news for you.. hoping all our bodies react in the same way!!!
I have an eighteen-month-old son and breast fed him for the majority of the first last year!! (OW!) I have to say that my 'ladies' have really shrunk in size compared to before I was pregnant, however Breastfeeding has left them a lovely C Cup (admittedly, slightly lower than before) but my hubby loves them!!
I did consider going under the knife but after pondering it for 6 months I decided that leaving them to 'get back to nornal' was a much better idea.
I've got some lovely underwear that really boosts your confidence, and I've found that I'm actually happy with them now, compared to feeling the same as you 6 months ago.
So chick, persevere - you'll be fine!!! Self confidence is they key!!!!

Before I had my son I was a C cup....while nursing him I was an E. After I quit nursing him I only got back down to a D.
I started my pregnancy with my daughter as a D/DD (depending on the bra) and now that I'm nursing her I'm an F cup. I dont forsee ever getting back down to a C unless I get a reduction and lift. The only thing you can do is 1) surgery 2) invest in some really good bras because nothing lifts or firms your breasts after they've been stretched out like that.

It's quite common and there's not really a lot you can do about it.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding both have their effect on breasts. Many girls who don't have breasts develop meaningful breasts for the first time when they become pregnant. Some women keep a lot of the size gain after they stop breast-feeding. But many experience what you've experienced. Even women who had moderately-large breasts before pregnancy can find that they disappear completely after breast-feeding.leaving sometimes just a small saggy flap of flesh with a nipple on the end of it nothing at all but a large nipple on an otherwise-flat chest. Treat them as a badge of honor!

The changes you see in your breasts aren't due to breastfeeding. They are due to the changes that your body went through while pregnant and then the initial postpartum engorgement, which all moms go through even if not breastfeeding. That, and genetics.
Not much else you can do about it. Buy a good bra to keep 'em where they belong.

hi, i wanted to enable you to recognize approximately my adventure with the CurvyBust cream. I’m 24 years previous and that i’ve spent notably plenty my entire existence wishing I had extremely greater effective breasts. I’m usually a length A, I’d like to be a length B, notably as quickly as I placed on particular varieties of low decrease tops. I also have a stable parent, and that i like what I even have, yet each now and then i could like somewhat bit greater. despite if I had the money, (which I don’t via fact i'm a school student with loans to pay off), i could never evaluate going under the knife just to bypass up a million cup length. so as that’s been my predicament. i found out approximately curvybust cream whilst i grow to be flipping through (Yahoo solutions). To be common with you, I’m no longer the style of lady who could evaluate spending money on a cream that supplies to extend breast length. It merely sounds like an impossible element to declare. yet there have been 3 motives that i desperate to decide for it: a million) I contacted them by using way of their website via fact I had a question concerning to the cream being ok for gentle dermis (which it is, seeing it is created from organic botanical components.) 2) i grow to be particularly inspired by using their shopper help and willingness to describe each thing to me. 3) They presented me a loose 12 day grant without criminal duty, (I merely had to pay the transport expenses- I wasn’t too overjoyed with that during spite of the undeniable fact that it grow to be nonetheless properly worth it to get the loose product). properly, it’s relatively working! there's a important distinction interior the dimensions of my breasts! It’s in easy terms been 10 days, and that they say that the actual very final consequences won’t seem till concerning to the 4-6 month timeframe, yet in line with what i'm able to be certain, (and what my boyfriend can sense…) there’s easily a distinction. My breasts are status out greater, and that they are fuller and rounder. each so often i'm waiting to bypass out and not using a bra, now i'm able to’t. and that i've got a feeling that i could ought to truly purchase new bras if the growth keeps. I’m looking forward to seeing how the subsequent month is going. There could relatively be a length B in my destiny! Woohoo!

My aunt went from a C cup to an A cup, they did eventually perk up more though they never got any larger.
I'm kind of hoping the same happens to me because I started as a DDD and wouldn't mind, say being a C

3 breastfed kids later the girls are swinging at my hips! Okay, not quite that bad but you moms know what I mean.
Victoria's Secret can do wonders with them.
Embrace them, they are still a part of you. They bother me more than my husband. He still loves them and told me NOT to get surgery. Really, who else sees them!?
