America is a broke country with their budgets and iraq war..so they are selling nuclear fuel to India..it is purely financial matter..its not any thing else..and ofcourse major political parties in both the countries get a cut from the American defence contractors as a political fund are some thing.Unfortunately thats the way politics seems to be working.

Firstly, the USA possesses the best nuclear fuel/weapons technology in the world. Secondly, the USA is not broke! It is the biggest & the most credible economy in the world today. Although they are facing some major problems such as deflation, external/internal debt & a growing budget deficit. These are however long term concerns are they are out of context here.
Supply of nuclear fuel and/or technology to India is irrelevant. The ssame is aimed at bringing the countries closer together.

I'm no physicist to say which country actually has better nuclear technology, but I will say that the French are keeping a better eye on where the tech goes and how it is used. I believe the French were the ones who made nuclear waste so that it can't be changed into real atomic weapons (though it can still be used as "dirty bombs" since it is radioactive.)
I'm pretty sure France is mainly responsible for the nuclear technology Iran has. Russia is notorious for mis-using and neglecting its nuclear facilities in its former Soviet states, but from what I've read Iran has been doing pretty well with it. I've also heard that they mainly use it for power in spite of what the idiot U.S. media would have me believe.
India is getting nuclear fuel from the States? That's one I haven't heard before, but I've been in the States for a while and the media here is retarded. India really needs nuclear power, of all the countries I can think of. The defense contractors in the States really have gotten rich from the wars and the government really is getting poorer, but not poor enough that any sale of nuclear material to India would make much of a difference. Isn't the BJP still in power in India? Sounds like we're pitting Hundus against Muslims the way we used to pit Muslims against communism. It's an old policy, and one born of dumb American ideologies that ignore facts about culture in favor of comparisons of supposed opposites. (Communism is opposite to strong religious belief. Christianity is the opposite of Islam. Tyranny is the opposite of democracy. Stuff like that.)

What planet are you from? To answer the only question in your statement. The French have advanced technology on the use of nuclear plants because they have practical everyday knowledge. However, if you look at the theories that they've used to create those everyday technologies come from US researchers.
America broke? Please. If that every happened, the entire world economy would implode.
