The 22nd dynasty were Libyans and the 25th were Nubians. As this was the third intermediate period and records are scant there is some debate over the dates. Several of the dynasties of this period overlapped. Certainly the 23rd ran concurrent with the 22nd. The late period began when the 25th dynasty was expelled from Upper Egypt.

The 22nd may have come to power around 950BC and lasted for 120 years and the 25th may have started around 710BC. But at best, the dates are no more than educated guesses.
