Well, Im probly lookin for summin with custamisable characters, ranged weapons and spells, varied monsters - anime and realistic graphics are welcome....And I don't mind if its free or not, really.

Really depends on your taste.
- If you like 2D graphics, probably Maple Story (http://mapleglobal.com).
- If you like anime type graphics, Ragnarok Online (http://ragnarokonline.com).
- If you like cartoony graphics, FlyFF (http://flyff.gpotato.com)
- If you like more realistic graphics, Tantra (http://tantra.ph)
They all have somewhat different styles of gameplay, too, of course - like I said, it really depends on personal preference. :)

oh i have a good one for you: CONQUER online....the best all of my friends play it..it's a lil like diablo but much better and it's FREE
