Truthfully I would be surprised if there is such a thing. The only reason that you issue bonds is to raise money. The Chinese are awash in over 1.1 trillion US dollars. So much so that they are likely to start getting rid of it soon. Be very careful investing in China. It operates by its own rules and its own self interests. They will sacrifice next years activities for gains in 50 or 100 years. Most Chinese stocks are pretty scary too even some of what goes through Hong Kong. There are a handful of good ones there but you have to be very careful. The yuan will probably become much stronger in the next few years particularly against the dollar that may be one route you could take. I think that there may be an ETF that plays that. Good Luck!
