You get the horse from the milk ranch. You can get the fire arrows faster by going to this big lake and shooting the sun (most people don't know about that so don't tell anyone). i forgot the details so go to http://cheatcc.com for more details.

Well the horse is on the ranch. And I believe the arrows are in the dungeon with the ice.

I think the fire arrows are in a dungeon(the 2nd one I think) and the horse is at the milk ranch, you need a powder keg from the Gorons to get there
