As I don't know what your contractions feel like, all I can tell you is what mine felt like. The Braxton hicks contractions felt like a tightening of my belly and they really didn't hurt that much (for me). When the "real" contractions started, they would stop me in my tracks!!! My back ached very badly, and it would cramp all the way around my sides to my abdomen and up to the top of my belly, and it would still tighten up. My Dr always told me that if I had these kinds of contractions every 10 minutes for an hour or longer, to make my way to the hospital. If you live farther away from a hospital, I would suggest not waiting an hour. If they are regular like that for 30 minutes and not relieved by walking, then by all means, go to the hospital. With my oldest child, I had a terrible diarrhea with the contractions. Like you said, each baby (and pregnancy/labor) is different. But you will know when it's time, trust me. I didn't believe it either when I was told that, but in all reality, I did know!! When it came time, I knew and you will too!! Good luck & congrats!!!

Your right every baby is different. The biggest question will be were the pain is starting. If it is in the lower back and spreading to the front, then I would think contractions and go be seen.

Babies do fluctuate, however no longer up to persons say. The variations are most of the time all the way down to variations in how their moms and dads deal with them. For instance, I recognise anyone who has no manipulate over her four 12 months historic and everybody noticed that coming since she did not identify any limitations as a youngster. She stored pronouncing her youngster was once specific from others and so she could not manipulate him, however correctly it was once all all the way down to the way in which she was once watching after him. Second and next kids are in most cases a little bit specific, at the same time younger infants, since the dynamics at house are specific - mum has a tender youngster or kids to safeguard, and he or she did not whilst the primary was once a youngster. However, even though 2 infants are dealt with in equal approaches, as they grown they'll broaden extra variations because of genetics. But to start with the variations are minimum, simply exaggerated by means of their moms and dads' cure.
