Does anyone know where I can buy a sheltie puppy in WV?

I live in southern WV and I am having trouble locating a sheltie puppy for sale in WV. Any info that can be provided with be a huge help.

The American Kennel Club website does not list any breeders of Shelties in West Virginia. They do have listings in Tazewell, TN; Auburn and Ewing, KY, if either of those places are near enough to you.
