We've seen Rome and Barcelona and London and would like to go someplace else. We are thinking of Amsterdam, Bern or Berlin, but I'm worried about the weather.

Its more or less the coolest time of the year. Northern parts cooler than southern parts. If you like to see snowy mountains go to Switzerland or Austria, if you like nicer temperatures go to Southern Spain.

in case you're questioning of solar and heat temperature the only place i will think of of now, are the Canary Islands (Tenerife, Lanzarote, Cran Canaria etc., yet don´t pass to Playa de las Americas it´s basically crammed with lodges). have been to the Canary Islands myself throughout January and February and located the pass to there very relaxing. Have a amazing pass to in case you're going there!
