It reads: Personal Folders, This information service has not been configured. Select an existing file to configure, or type the name of a new file to create.

When I press the "OK" button, a new dialog box appears and it reads: Create/Open Personal Folders File.

(The box has four fields, I'll write what the dialog box has "written" next to each field and what is showing in the field.)

(From top to bottom)

Look in: Outlook
(unlabeled field): Outlook
File name: *.pst
Files of type: PST Files (*.pst)
All files (*.*)

At this point I don't know how to proceed, I can use some help with this. Thank you in advance.

I forgot to mention that when I close out the dialog box, I get one more message that reads: Properties for this information service must be configured prior to use.

You have to locate your Personal files. They are probably in your documents somewhere or you deleted it by accident. Go to Start>Search and select advanced. Where is says more advanced, click. Go to type of file and \go to Outlook item, hit search and let it run. It should find it.
