here's the trick..
the leakage usually is from behind, and that's because in between your butt-cheeks there's a space where it can leak from..
what u can do is stick a comfortable amount of toilet paper in there to absorb it..
trust me, it works..
plus the wing maxi pads of course if ur period is heavy..

Wear an over-night with wings maxi, but get the ultra-thin so it won't be uncomfortable. That's the best thing to use at night, especially because you are not supposed to use tampons for that long b/c of the risk of toxic shock syndrome.

First thing first, its not good to wear a tampon overnight. You could get something like TSS which stands for toxic shock syndrome. the only other way is to get overnight pads. The are a little thicker than most regual pads but it helps. You wouldnt have to worry about leaking.

wear 2 pads, one way to the front and one way to the back!! but join the two together ok, thats what i do for years, and it works so try it... not safe to keep a tampon in there for too long during the night
