Trafalgar Square of course - Two litre bottle of White-Lighning, half a pack of cigarettes and a greasy kebab on the way home when you're too drunk to care about what you eat.

No, at these times, you have to pay even to get into a pub.
In the West End of London, you cannot get to the bar due to so many people. You need to buy tickets days or weeks before, to get into clubs And that's in the Greater London area. The drinks costs anything from £1.50 to £3.00 and that's just for a bottle of water. travelling on the tube is a nightmare, getting a cab home afterwards involves either waiting hours for the right bus to come along and standing all the way or waiting hours in a cue for a cab and paying an extortionate price. Now days, people with little money throw parties at home.
So, if you want a good time, stay away. If you want a good time stick to the college, university cities or towns. Just remember if you want to club it afterwards, you'll have to buy tickets anyway probably.

Go to Trafalgar Square then over to the London Eye area to watch the fireworks. All free of charge and you can smuggle your own booze around.
