You'd only moonwalk if you were Michael Jackson!
Your best bet would be to back pedal down the court and get into your defensive position. Never turn your back to the ball though and hustle at all times.

I'd moonwalk if I were you. If you're playing a team that prefers and uses a slower pace, and set up the half court offense, you could moonwalk and then spin even! Just one thing though, I know you may want to, but don't play in glittery socks, or wear only one glove.. thats pushing it!

Want to continue playing or learn how to sit the "pine"? If it's the former, backpedal down the court. "Moonwalking" down the court could even get you dismissed from the team.

back pedal. keep your head up. if any sloppy inbounds pass is in your vincinity, you can get an easy steal. Also, look for your man to guard and possible weak ballhandler bringing the ball up the court, if you can jump him get the double team and a steal.
