I am lvl 15 undead Warlock and am doing quest's in and around Silverpine Forest and the Sepulcher... should I keep on here, or move on to something else... advice would be appreciated.

Yep, I would stay around there for awhile - if you don't get tired of the area, you'll honestly find you'll level easiest by doing all the quest you find in one area before moving on to the next.
If you DO want to try somewhere else, I would recommend crossing over to the western continent, Kalimdor, and questing in the Barrens (beware of the lethal Barrens chat, though! :-P).

You should move to the Barrens, there are a bunch of quests for that level you are at.

go to the beginning lands of the tauren or to Durotar beginning lands of the orcs and trolls.
Or wait till after 16 jan 07 and go to the blood elven beginning lands.

I agree that if you leave, the Barrens would be a good place for you.
