I love Ed byrne, dara o'brian? The panal ha ha and pretty much all irish comedians...but hold on...im irish...damn it!

I'm scottish and I get Irish comedians
Dave Allen was a genius. I also find Ed Bryne, Father Ted, James Nesbitt funny (I know the latter isn't strictly a comedian, but has been a great comic actor in his time)
I have also seen some unknown irish comedians at a comedy club in dublin and at a comedy festival in galway and they were hilarious!
I also think Patrick Kielty can be funny, but a little bit up his own ****.
Graham Norton however, used to be hilarious, but now he is boring

if you dont get a laff thats cos your not up on our sense of humour we laugh at our selves and our ways but british and us humour is inclined to lean more towards being insulting or laughing at other peoples expense like for instance mother in law jokes now thats just sad! you have to be Irish or well clued in to get the joke here!
by the way patrick kielty is not good at all hes more oif a bbc primed presenter yawn

I'm English and I love Irish comedians like Dillon Moran (sp?). He makes me wet myself.

Well for instant some nationalities dont get our wit.. because my boyfriend is brazilian and when he hears the likes of Tommy Tiernan and Podge and Rodge he just doesn't get it!! And when i watch brazilian tv i don't get their wit at all. That's just one example. I love Tommy Tiernan!!

I LOVE Father Ted, it's absolutely hilarious but I don't get Patrick Kielty at all.
Guess it just depends on the comedian.
