With all due appreciate, Canada has plenty to furnish. Toronto is a superb city. With worldwide warming, that's genuine, i could look for something in Canada, be open to the opprotunities on your occupation. by using ways, California isn't a city.

Green Bay, WI is a good place to live. Of course that is because i live here but things to do include the packers and many things in the surrounding cities.

I would suggest Chicago, they are alot cleaner and long as you saty in a decent part of town you will be safe. There are plenty of nightclubs and just places to hang out. And im not sure if its cheaper it just depends where you will be living.
